1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 8888 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided therein. 8888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.

Your continued use of the 8888 platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms applicable to your use.

8888 provides an online entertainment platform encompassing casino games, sports betting, slots, and other games listed on the platform. All activities on the 8888 platform are governed by these Terms as well as any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use 8888's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to have one account active on 8888 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. The required details include:

• Date of birth

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. 8888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact 8888 support immediately.

8888 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting copies of identification documents, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 8888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 8888 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX-supported Malaysian banks)

The minimum deposit limit is RM10 per transaction. Daily maximum deposit limits vary by account tier and may be updated by 8888 from time to time. All deposits are processed within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the chosen payment method.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the method used and your account verification level.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• 8888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.

8888 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, payment system failures, or instructions from financial authorities requiring 8888 to hold payments pending investigation.

5Bonus & Promotion Policy

8888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus must be claimed manually or as per the instructions stated.
• All bonuses are subject to minimum rollover/wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.

6Game Rules

The following general principles apply to all games on the 8888 platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently verified and audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software.
• Results processed and settled by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 8888 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager.
• Any attempt to cheat, hack, or manipulate the gaming system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide unauthorised assistance in gameplay is strictly prohibited.

For Sports Betting, displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted by the system, the odds will not change. Live betting is subject to additional rules as stated in the 8888 sports betting section.

7Responsible Gaming

• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Attempting to hack or manipulate platform systems
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards 8888 support staff

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 8888 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If fraud or a serious breach is established, the balance in the account may be forfeited in full.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting 8888 customer support. Any valid balance will be returned to you once the verification process is completed, provided there are no pending transactions or ongoing investigations.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 8888 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the 8888 platform
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond 8888's control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or regulatory directives
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• The accuracy or availability of information provided by third-party suppliers
• Valid game results that have been settled by the system

In any event, 8888's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of active deposits in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

10Privacy & Data Protection

3. Arbitration: If a formal complaint also cannot be resolved, both parties may agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed independent arbitrator.

You agree not to initiate any legal action against 8888 before the internal dispute resolution process has been fully exhausted. 8888's decision on all gaming-related matters, including game outcomes and interpretation of rules, is final and binding.
